PILOT TERMS
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Alliup website, applications, matching recommendations, and pilot services. Last updated September 16, 2026.
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using Alliup, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. The current pilot is intended for adults age 18 or older. You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
What Alliup provides
Alliup is a purpose-first small-group platform. It uses profile information, preferences, group requirements, and Human Dynamics signals to recommend people who may be a useful fit for a particular group or purpose.
Recommendations are introductions, not guarantees. Alliup does not promise compatibility, friendship, employment, mentorship quality, safety, identity, credentials, availability, or a particular outcome. You are responsible for deciding whom to contact, invite, meet, hire, rely on, or share information with.
Your account and conduct
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not use Alliup to:
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, affiliations, location, or intentions.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, stalk, or harm another person.
- Scrape profiles, build unauthorized databases, or reveal another member's private information.
- Send spam, run scams, manipulate recommendations, or evade platform safeguards.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
- Reverse engineer protected matching logic or interfere with Alliup's operation or security.
We may restrict or remove accounts or content when reasonably necessary to protect members, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or operate the pilot.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of information and content you submit. You give Alliup a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, analyze, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide the features you request.
Your use of Alliup is also governed by the Privacy Notice. Please share only information you are comfortable using for your profile, recommendations, and groups.
Pilot service and changes
Alliup is under active development. Features, recommendation methods, eligibility rules, and availability may change. We may test alternatives, correct data, pause features, or end part of the pilot. When practical, we will provide notice of material changes.
You may stop using Alliup at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls. Provisions that reasonably need to survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, remain effective after account closure.
Third parties and sponsored Resources
Alliup may link to third-party services or show sponsored Resources that could be useful for a member's stated need. Alliup does not control those third parties or guarantee their products, claims, availability, or conduct. Any transaction or relationship with a third party is between you and that party under its terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided “as is” and “as available.” Alliup disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Alliup is not a provider of medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or background-check advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alliup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, or harm arising from another member or third party. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us through the user-support address displayed on Alliup's sign-in or Google authorization screen so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
